XKAH Survey Reward Terms

  • Age Eligibility: To participate in this survey reward promotion, including the store credit reward and the XKAH Lite prize draw, you must be at least 21 years old or meet the minimum legal age required to participate and receive the applicable reward in your place of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry. Anyone below this age is not eligible to participate or receive a reward.

  • Reward eligibility: Each eligible survey submission will receive either US$10 or €8.50 in XKAH promotional store credit, based on the country selected in the survey. Limit one reward per person. Duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete submissions are not eligible. Your answers do not need to be positive to qualify.

  • Currency and reward amount: Based on the country you select in the survey, you will receive either US$10 or €8.50 in store credit. The amount and currency will be confirmed when the credit is issued. These are fixed promotional amounts and do not fluctuate with exchange rates.

  • Where to use it: Store credit can only be used for purchases from the XKAH official online store (https://xkah.us/). It cannot be redeemed through distributors, third-party retailers, or marketplaces.

  • Validity: Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. The expiration date will be provided when the credit is issued. Any unused balance will expire after that date.

  • No cash redemption or transfer: Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another person or account.

  • Using your credit: Any remaining balance may be used before the original expiration date. Any order amount exceeding your available credit must be paid using another accepted payment method. Credit cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

  • Cancellations and refunds: Purchases remain subject to XKAH’s return and refund policy. If an order paid partly or fully with store credit is cancelled or refunded, the portion paid with store credit can only be returned as store credit, never as cash or a refund to another payment method. Any eligible refund for the portion paid using another payment method will be returned to that method.

  • Expiration after a refund: Returned store credit retains its original expiration date. Cancellations, returns, or refunds do not restart or extend the 30-day validity period. If the original expiration date has already passed, the promotional credit will no longer be available for use.

  • Misuse: XKAH may withhold or revoke promotional credit issued through duplicate submissions, fraud, or misuse.

  • Physical Prize Eligibility and Delivery

    • The XKAH Lite prize draw is open only to participants who reside in, and can provide a valid delivery address within, the following eligible countries or regions: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Türkiye, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States
    • Participants from other countries or regions may still receive the survey store credit reward if their submissions meet the applicable eligibility requirements, but are not eligible for the physical prize draw.
    • The selected winner must confirm their country of residence and provide a valid delivery address within an eligible country or region before the prize can be shipped. XKAH cannot deliver the prize outside these locations.
    • If the selected winner does not meet these requirements, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. No cash, store credit, or other substitute will be provided in place of the physical prize in these circumstances.

These terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
