1.Tobacco Packing & Bowl Setup
Proper packing method and the right amount of tobacco can greatly improve your smoking experience. Please also make sure the bowl is placed in the correct orientation.
2.Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning helps maintain performance and extend the lifespan of your device.
Device Body/Heating Blade: Do not rinse with water. Instead, use cotton swabs (Q-tips) with isopropyl alcohol or water to gently clean the heating area. Ensure the device is completely dry before use.
Base: The base can be rinsed under water. Make sure it is completely dry before reassembling.
Battery: The battery must not come into contact with water. Wipe it gently with a dry cloth if needed.
Always ensure all parts are fully dry before using the device again.

Do I need to pay for shipping?
If the issue is a product quality problem covered under warranty, you do not need to pay for shipping.
Do I need to send the defective product back?
Yes, in most cases we need to receive the product first in order to inspect it and proceed with a repair or replacement.
