+ If you experiment a bit it is possible to know exact temperature each brand of tobacco needs to satisfy your needs (quite a fun actually)
+ The capsule for tobacco is kind of small but heats tobacco nicely from all sides

+ Even when you just finished the session, it is possible to touch the device (to extract battery not to expose it anymore to heat) and open it to let it cool down since it is not too hot to hold
- It would be really nice to have mobile app that would allow user to change temperature during session/have sleep mode, although it is not disallowed to change heat, shutting down the session and creating new one just to change heat is not really user friendly
- If you have friends that tend to use mouthpiece as a microphone (all talk no smoke) then it could turn problematic since the heat is even and stable as mentioned in positives which causes tobacco to burn out faster if no one is smoking - also good reason to have mobile app, to cool down shisha without offending the person :D
- Vapor from molasses causes heating part to be dirty and it is not really possible to clean it properly. Also when I open the capsule compartment there is also a lot of molasses on the silicone capsule stands on - could be interesting if there would integrated molasses catcher in / under device, I believe it would reduce vapor going up to the heating part
Overall I am really satisfied with the device and the negatives I mentioned are just some things I think could improve the experience with it.
I´ve been on look out for some electric heating system for my shisha for a while already and did not find anything that would be cordless and would fit any shisha (not to have all in one shisha+heating) with good aesthetic, so when I saw Xkah it clicked right away.
I am only using Xkah for a bit so far so my experience is just from few sessions but I could "taste the difference" from session one and I already tried to use it to have 3 sessions in row and there was no problem whatsoever. The mobility and options to set heat to user tastes are ingenious.
I look forward many more shisha sessions I would have with Xkah
