XKAH Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The XKAH Referral Program ("Program") allows eligible customers ("Referrers") to share a unique referral code with friends and family ("Referred Friends") in exchange for rewards. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to registered XKAH customers with an active account at xkah.us.
  • Referrers must be of legal age in their jurisdiction.
  • Employees, affiliates, and agents of XKAH are not eligible to participate.
  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Referrers may not use their own referral code to receive a discount on their own purchase.

3. Referral Code — Referred Friend Discount

  • Each eligible Referrer will receive a unique referral code to share.
  • The referred friend will receive 5% off their first order when using the referral code at checkout.
  • The referral code is valid for one-time use only and applies to the referred friend's first purchase exclusively.
  • The referral code cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, or offers running on xkah.us.
  • The referral code has no cash value and may not be transferred or sold.

4. Referrer Reward — Store Credit

  • The Referrer will earn store credit equal to 5% of the referred friend's order value (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied).
  • Store credit will be issued 30 days after the referred friend's order is confirmed and completed, subject to the conditions in Section 5.
  • Store credit will be automatically added to the Referrer's XKAH account.
  • Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue. Any unused credit will expire after this period. XKAH will send a reminder notification prior to expiration.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and holds no monetary value outside of xkah.us.
  • Store credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for any cash equivalent under any circumstances.
  • Store credit may be applied toward future purchases at xkah.us, subject to availability.

5. Ineligible Referrals — Void Conditions A referral will be considered ineligible and any associated store credit will be voided under the following circumstances:

  • The referred friend's order is cancelled for any reason.
  • The referred friend requests a full or partial refund on the qualifying order.
  • The referred friend initiates a chargeback on the qualifying order.
  • The referral is determined to be fraudulent or made in bad faith, including but not limited to the use of fake accounts, bulk referrals, or self-referrals.
  • The referred friend does not complete checkout using the referral code at the time of purchase.

If store credit has already been issued and the qualifying order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, XKAH reserves the right to deduct or void the corresponding store credit from the Referrer's account.

6. Fraud & Abuse XKAH reserves the right to disqualify any participant and void all associated rewards if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to generate referrals
  • Distributing referral codes through unauthorized paid advertising or spam
  • Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the Program in a manner inconsistent with its intent

7. Program Modifications & Termination

  • XKAH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Changes to reward structures, code validity, or eligibility will be communicated via email or on-site notification at xkah.us.
  • Termination of the Program will not affect store credit already validly issued prior to the termination date.

8. General

  • XKAH's decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and disputes are final.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XKAH operates.
