Is the XKAH compatible with my hookah?
Yes. XKAH is designed to be compatible with most hookahs on the market.
To ensure a secure and airtight fit across different setups, each package includes silicone grommets in two sizes (S and L) are included and can be used if necessary, allowing XKAH to adapt to a wide range of hookah sizes and designs.
How do I clean my XKAH?
Proper cleaning helps maintain performance and extend the lifespan of your device.
Device Body/Heating Blade: Do not rinse with water. Instead, use cotton swabs (Q‑tips) with isopropyl alcohol or water to gently clean the heating area. Ensure the device is completely dry before use.
Base: The base can be rinsed under water. Make sure it is completely dry before reassembling.
Battery: The battery must not come into contact with water. Wipe it gently with a dry cloth if needed.
Always ensure all parts are fully dry before using the device again.
Is My Device Covered by a Warranty?
XKAH provides a limited warranty on all devices, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original end user and requires a valid, dated proof of purchase.
Please note that damage or malfunctions caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to properly clean and maintain the device are not covered under the warranty.
How should I store the device when it is not in use?
We recommend removing the battery and storing it separately from the device when it’s not in use. This helps extend the overall lifespan of both the battery and the device.
